Bio

Peace has significant experience working in family law and child welfare law, as well as experience in review of administrative law decisions by government and quasi-government agencies.  Peace has extensive experience in and a great passion for the representation of children and young people as well as other vulnerable people within the Australian legal system.

Peace has worked as a solicitor in the local area since 2005 - for almost 8 years with Legal Aid NSW and 5 ½ years with Randall Legal.  In 2016, Peace was recognised by the NSW Law Society for her specialised knowledge in Family Law and again in 2017 for her specialised knowledge in Children’s Law.

Since growing up in the remote community of Cooktown in far north Queensland, Peace has lived and practiced in Cairns, Melbourne and since 2005 in far northern NSW.  Peace has been involved with a number of local community boards, and she and her family are heavily involved in the local hockey community in Lismore.
